CoMiSS-questionnaire is a simple tool that should be useful for detecting infants with potential risk of cow´s milk allergy (CMA). Scoring the gravity of atopic dermatitis, colic behavior, type of stools, regurgitation and respiratory symptoms may help to recognize risky patients by reaching or crossing the level of 12 points.
