Abstract

V originále

Toxic epidermal necrolysis (TEN) is a rare systemic disease, which is predominantly manifested in the skin and mucous membranes. Its indicated incidence in the population is 0.5–1.5 cases per million inhabitants a year. It is the most severe syndrome from the SCARs group (Severe Cutaneous Adverse Reactions) with mortality around 30–50%.
