Abstract

Prezentace specifických symptomů pacientek s pokročilým neléčitelným gynekologickým maligním onemocněním formou komentovaných kazuistik. V práci je stručně formulována soudobá znalost o etiopatogenezi, diagnostice a obvyklá léčebná strategie pro jednotlivé gynekologické malignity, důraz je však kladen na symptomatickou a podpůrnou péči, která mnohdy probíhá současně s onkologickou léčbou. Uvedené postupy jsou popsány tak, aby byly srozumitelné i pro lékaře ne-gynekology. V níže uvedeném sdělení je zmíněna problematika maligních výpotků a algického syndromu malé pánve, které patří do symptomatologie i jiných zhoubných a nezhoubných onemocnění.

Abstract (in English)

The aim of this study is to present specific symptoms of the patients suffering from advanced gynecologic malingnancies using case reports. We breifly summarize the current knowledge, diagnostic and therapeutic algorithm for each diagnosis, but first of all, we accent supportive and paliative type of care (which in some cases co-incidents with oncological therapy). Our recomendation of treating procedures is demonstrated in a way acceptable and understandable for physicians non-gynecologists. We do not discuss acumulation of malignant fluids and problematics of pelvic pain, which are symptoms of other malignant and non-malignant diseases.
