Abstract

Příspěvek je věnován Kronice české Václava Hájka z Libočan a jejímu německému překladu pořízenému Johannem Sandelem koncem 16. stol. Pozornost je věnována zejména specifikům překladu, zvláště s ohledem na vybraná náboženská témata (např. osobnost sv. Ludmily) na projevy konfesních rozdílů autora a překladatele.

Abstract (in English)

The presentation deals with the Czech Chronicle by Václav Hájek of Libočany and its translation into German by Johann Sandel from the end of the 16. century, with main focus on the translation specificities, especially regarding some religious topics (e.g. St. Ludmila) and the confessional difference between the Czech chronicler and the translator.
