Aortic prosthetic graft infection is ONE OF THE MOST SEVERE COMPLICATIONS in vascular surgery. Incidence of aortic graft infection is 1-6%. Conventional surgical treatment with .high mortality (up to 75 %} and high risk of major amputation (up to 50 %). In literature are reported good results of infected graft removal and reconstruction of aorto iliac/femoral segment with AUTOLOGOUS SUPERFICIAL FEMORAL VEIN (SFVJ graft. Main goal of our study was to evaluate efficiency and safety of this method in our center in the treatment of patients with aortic graft infection.
