Teoretický rámec je založen na Dunlopově teorii systému průmyslových vztahů a na úvahách o strategii a řízení lidských zdrojů, především v pojetí Boxalla a Purcella. Ve výzkumu jsme identifikovali některá nová témata v oblasti pracovních vztahů a strategického řízení lidských zdrojů při měnícím se sociálním a ekonomickém kontextu. Mezi podniky v České republice jsme zjistili jako nejdůležitější témata partnerství mezi zaměstnavatelem a zaměstnancem, systémy řízení vysoké výkonnosti, budování kompetencí, rovnováhu mezi prací a rodinou a participaci zaměstnanců. Nástup dalších témat jako employee stress/well being, decent work a fair worplaces je možné očekávat v příštích letech. ER -
