Abstract
A simple and cost-effective approach for the determination of selenium species in algae and yeast biomass, based on a combination of thin-layer chromatography (TLC) with diode laser thermal vaporization inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (DLTV ICP MS) is presented.
