Abstract

Der Herrschaft des Kaisers Karl VI. ist die Blütezeit des italienischen dramma per musica in der gesamten Habsburgermonarchie geworden. Eine auffallende Tatsache ist, dass es nach seinem Tod am 20. Oktober in 1740 zu einem plötzlichen Anstieg dieser Gattung im Jahre 1741 in deutscher Sprache kam.

Panování císaře Karla VI. se stalo dobou rozkvětu italské opery seria v celé habsburské monarchii. Je pozoruhodné, že po jeho smrti došlo v roce 1741k náhlému vzestupu tohoto žánru v němčině.

Abstract (in English)

The reign of Emperor Karl VI. has become the heyday of the Italian dramma per musica throughout the Habsburg monarchy. A striking fact is that it came after his death on 20 October in 1740 to a sudden rise of this genre in 1741 in German language.
