Abstract

I v dnešní době představuje rekonstrukce nosu pro plastického chirurga velkou výzvu. Díky bohatému cévnímu zásobení obličeje je zmírněno riziko nedokrevnosti, odúmrtě tkání a infekce, což dovoluje většinu rozsáhlých defektů nosu rekonstruovat užitím místních laloků pro obnovu všech vrstev nosu. Místní tkáně si zachovávají ideální kvalitu, kolorit a texturu, jsou spolehlivé a povětšinou po nich vzniká esteticky přijatelné postižení dárcovské oblasti. Pomocí tohoto novodobého konceptu lze podle mého názoru dosáhnout velmi dobrých výsledků rekonstrukce nosu.

Abstract (in English)

Even today, reconstruction of the nose for plastic surgeon is a major challenge. Thanks to the rich vascular supply of the face, the risk of incontinence, death of the tissues and infections is reduced, allowing most of the large defects of the nose to be reconstructed using local lobes to restore all layers of the nose. Local tissues retain the ideal quality, color and texture, are reliable and mostly result in aesthetically acceptable affection of the donor area. With this modern concept, I think it is possible to achieve very good results of the reconstruction of the nose.
