Student success and failure should be based on criteria that are common to all students. The criterion of success or failure must not be a disability. Students with disabilities often have learning difficulties due to barriers (from the negative attitudes of teachers and students to the hard barriers of school buildings). Disabled teachers can not work in universities because of the same barriers as students can not study. This paper will focus on how to remove hard (architectural) barriers in old buildings - here are examples of good practice that can be an inspiration for other universities. ER -
