Abstract (in Czech)
CD147 je glykoprotein, který může indukovat syntézu matrix metaloproteináz (MMP). Analyzovali jsme polymorfismus RS8259 T/A pro CD147 u pacientů s CTCL a kontrol.skupině. Naše výsledky potvrdily důležitost variability CD147 v pokročilých stádiích CTCL.
Abstract (in English)
CD147 is a glycoprotein and possible inductor of MMP synthesis. We analysed the polymorphism RS8259 T/A in CD147 gene in patients with CTCL and in control group. Our results confirm the importance of variability of CD147 in advanced stages of CTCL.
