Abstract

Workshop komplexně reflektuje roli knihovníka jako učitele. Jádrem je prezentace autorčina výzkumu vzdělávacích potřeb učících knihovníků. Přestavuje kompetenční model učícího knihovníka v českém prostředí, který propojuje odbornost, pedagogický cit, osobnost a komunikační dovednosti. Obsah workshopu také zdůrazňuje potřebu spolupráce formálního a neformálního vzdělávání.

Abstract (in English)

The workshop fully reflects the role of the librarian as a teacher. At the core is the presentation of the author's research on the educational needs of teaching librarians. It is a competency model for a learning librarian in the Czech environment, which combines expertise, pedagogical sentiment, personality and communication skills. The content of the workshop also highlights the need for formal and informal learning.
