Abstract

Jedná se o výstup projektu OP VK s názvem: Partnerství subjektů meziuniverzitní studentské sítě: CZ.1.07/2.4.00/31.0157. Tato práce si za svůj hlavní záměr klade navrhnout možné oblasti pro realizaci občanského projektu, tedy projektu, jehož cílem je zapojit občany do zlepšení okolí, ve kterém žijí, a začít tak budovat místní komunitu aktivních občanů. Jedním z úkolů projektu je představit proces, ve kterém si občané sami a dobrovolně spravují veřejné prostranství a obecní majetek. Práce je rozdělena do dvou základních předmětně odlišných částí. První část se zabývá institucionálním zajištěním „malých“ projektů se zapojením občanů. Druhá část práce je zaměřena na konkrétní návrhy, jak mohou občané sami přispět ke zlepšení okolí, v němž žijí, a budování komunity, a to již bez přímé účastni radnice. Smyslem je svést občany dohromady ke společné aktivitě, aby tak překonali pocit odcizení a anonymity, který se v dnešní době ve velkých městech rozmáhá.

Abstract (in English)

Matter of a partnership of the entities for the inter-university student network project (OP Education for Competitiveness CZ.1.07/2.4.00/31.0157). The aim of the whole project was to find a way how to efficiently involve citizens of a smaller urban area in the improvement of the area they inhabit by various types of civil projects. The whole structure of the project was inspired by the seven steps plan of civil association AGORA which describes the procedure of a successful implementation of a civil project. In the first part there are presented all of the proposals at the general scale that are divided in two types – projects of smaller extent and projects of larger extent. The second part is consecrated to the projects of smaller extent, where there is developed the step of setting the rules and formal procedure and then we continue with various ways of motivating the citizens to participate in such projects. The projects of the larger extent are described in the third part, in which is the thesis focused on the formal side of the implementation followed by the motivation of the inhabitants.
