Abstract

Rodrigo Morales bude hovořit o vlastních zkušenostech s různými diktaturami. Jak tyto prožitky přetavit do filmu a nevzdat se vlastní poetiky? Morales působil jako válečný reportér v bývalé Jugoslávii, zažil bombardování Bělehradu, ale i ozbrojený konflikt v Kosovu a na Blízkém východě. Natočil rovněž poetický experimentální, v němž reflektujte subtilní proměnu duší obyvatel bývalého Východního bloku. Ve své tvorbě soustavně řeší způsob jak nezůstat u pouhého popisu, ale jak interpretovat prožitou realitu do vlastního díla s rozměry experimentu a poezie.

Abstract (in English)

Rodrigo Morales will talk about his own experiences with various dictatorships. How do you transform these experiences into the film and do not give up your own poetics? Morales served as a war reporter in the former Yugoslavia, experienced the bombing of Belgrade, but also an armed conflict in Kosovo and the Middle East. He also shot the poetic experimental full lenght dococumentary, reflecting the subtile transformation of the souls of the former Eastern Block. In his work he systematically solves the way not to remain in the simple description, but how to interpret the reality experienced in his own work with the dimensions of experiment and poetry.
