The results suggest that some adaptation to aspheric spectacle lenses is necessary for improving visual performance. Both pairs of spectacle lenses allowed after 14-day adaptation the same visual acuity (1.0) for both central and viewing angles of 30 °. In the final decision, despite the perfect shape of the aspheric lenses, 71% subjects selected spherical lenses, which indicate the necessity of individual approach to each client, taking into account vision requirements, previous spectacle lenses, the purpose of his / her correction and personality type.
