Abstract

Umělecké vzdělávání je v české vzdělávací soustavě pevně zakotveno. Jasná návaznost mezi jednotlivými rámcovými vzdělávacími programy a prostor věnovaný základním uměleckým školám poukazuje na důležitou pozici těchto škol v systému regionálního školství ČR. Cílem příspěvku je na základě deskripce historického vývoje, obsahové a kauzální analýzy současného stavu uměleckého vzdělávaní v ČR a syntézy takto získaných poznatků vymezit jeho specifika a navrhnout další směr výzkumu v dané oblasti, a to zejména ve vztahu k vzdělávací politice a reformě financování regionálního školství ČR. Hlavním zjištěním příspěvku je, že komplexní systém uměleckého vzdělávání v ČR je svou strukturou, provázaností či způsobem financování unikátní a současně vykazuje prvky hybridity, čímž otevírá nové problémové otázky vyžadující systémové řešení. Kromě teoretických a praktických přínosů plynoucích z naplnění vytyčeného cíle nabízíme náměty a prostor pro diskusi v oblastech, které přesahují meze řešené problematiky v rámci předkládaného příspěvku.

Abstract (in English)

Arts education is firmly embedded in the Czech education system. The clear connection between individual Framework Education Programmes and the attention paid to the primary arts schools emphasises the important position of these schools in the regional education system in the Czech Republic. The main aims of the paper are to define the specifics of arts education on the basis of a description of the historical development and contents; to present a causal analyses of the current state of arts education in the Czech Republic; to offer a synthesis of the obtained findings; and to propose a new direction for research in the area, especially in relation to education policy and reforms related to funding regional education in the Czech Republic. The main findings of the paper are that the complex system of arts education in the Czech Republic is unique in its structure, interconnection, and funding methods. At the same time, the arts education displays elements of hybridity by raising new issues requiring changes in the system. In addition to the theoretical and practical benefits resulting from the achievement of the declared objectives, we offer suggestions and a space to discuss the areas that go beyond the issues presented in the paper.
