Abstract

Dans l article nous présentons notre recherche linguistique des actes écrits établis sous Jean de Luxembourg, roi de Boheme, roi de Pologne et comte de Luxembourg a la 1ere moitié du XIVe siecle. L étude comparative et quantitative des exonymes Boheme, Pologne et Luxembourg dans le Protocole initial des actes qui font partie de la titulature royale, ainsi que de la locution figée de l Eschatocole en témoignage de ce nous révele une grande variété de formes malgré la nature juridique des documents ce qui a infirmé completement notre hypothese des formulations figées plutot uniformes typiques pour le langage juridique moderne. La richesse de formes renvoie a la diversité dialectale de cette époque-la, témoigne de la langue sans norme prescrite en pleine transformation. Elle est due également a l usage de différents scribes-copistes locaux lors des voyages et séjours fréquents de Jean de Luxembourg a l étranger.

Abstract (in Czech)

V článku představujeme náš lingvistický výzkum listin vyhotovených za vlády Jana Lucemburského, krále českého, polského a hrabětě lucemburského, v první polovině XIV. století. Komparativní a kvantitativní studie exonym Boheme, Pologne a Luxembourg v Protokolu listin, které jsou součástí královské titulatury, stejně jako ustálené spojení en témoignange de v Eschatokolu nám ukazuje velkou rozmanitost forem, přestože se jedná o právní povahu dokumentů, což zcela vyvrátilo naši hypotézu o ustálených, jednotných formulacích typických pro současný právnický jazyk. Bohatství forem odkazuje na dialektovou rozrůzněnost v této době, svědčí o jazyce v plném přerodu nepodléhajícímu předepsané normě. Je dáno rovněž využíváním služeb různých místních písařů během cest a četných pobytů Jana Lucemburského v zahraničí.

Abstract (in English)

In the paper we present our linguistic research of the written documents established under John the Blind, King of Bohemia, King of Poland and Count of Luxembourg in the first half of the XIVth century. The comparative and quantitative study of the exonyms Bohemia, Poland and Luxemburg in the initial Protocol of the acts which form part of the royal titles, as well as of the set phrase of the Eschatocole en témoignage de ce reveals to us a great variety of forms in spite of the legal nature of the documents, which completely overturned our hypothesis of rather uniform set formulations typical for modern legal language. The richness of forms refers to the dialectal diversity of this time, testifies to the language without prescribed norm in full transformation. It is also due to the use of various local scribes-copyists during John the Blind's travels and frequent stays abroad.
