Abstract
The book chapter deals with comparison of nation- and state building processes in Czechia, Estonia and Turkey and analyses approaches of these countries to minority policies. The author draws as well some lessons learned from these models for the EU of how to proceed or what to avoid in the policy of minority representation and protection.
Abstract (in Czech)
Kapitola srovnává procesy budování státu a národa v Česku, Eastonsku a Turecku a v tomto rámci analyzuje přístupy těchto států k menšinovým politikám. Autor také nabízí, jaké poučení by si měla EU vzít z těchto případů ve smyslu co dělat a co nedělat ve vztahu ke menšinám, jejich ochraně a reprezentaci.
