Abstract
BCSgen is a software providing basic functionality to write, maintain, and analyse models written in Biochemical Space Language (BCSL). The key features of the tool are: interactive editor which allows users to create and load models providing automatic syntax highlighting and errors reporting; transition system analysis allows to generate transition system for a given model and consequently analyse it (e.g. perform reachability analysis); simulation of a model with defined kinetic rates with either deterministic or stochastic approach; visualisation of simulated data in an interactive plot chart and visualisation of transition system in a web-based visualisation for exploration of whole space.
Abstract (in Czech)
BCSgen je nástroj poskytujúci funkcionalitu na písanie, udržiavanie a analyzovanie modelov zapísaných v jazyku Biochemického priestoru.
