Abstract
V publikaci se čtenář dozví o léčebných postupech u nejčastějších nebo nejdůležitějších kardiovaskulárních onemocnění. Najdeme zde moderní postupy léčby srdečních a cévních onemocnění, od hypertenze, přes srdeční selhání, zánětlivá srdeční onemocnění, ischemickou chorobu srdeční – jak akutní, tak chronickou, hypertrofické kardiomyopatie, léčbu poruch srdečního rytmu, tromboembolické choroby včetně plicní embolie a plicní hypertenze, dále také ischemickou chorobu končetin, léčbu spánkové apnoe, dyslipidemie, léčbu po srdeční transplantaci a erektilní dysfunkci. Na závěr je podán návod pro kardiology jak interpretovat závěry klinických studií. Publikace je opět velmi dobře dokumentována obrázky, schématy a tabulkami. S předchozí publikací Farmakoterapie kardiovaskulárních onemocnění tvoří takřka nedílný komplet a obě knihy tak pokrývají celou oblast přístupu ke kardiovaskulárním chorobám. Kniha je určena zejména kardiologům, internistům, lékařům urgentních příjmů a všem lékařům v první linii.

Abstract

V publikaci se čtenář dozví o léčebných postupech u nejčastějších nebo nejdůležitějších kardiovaskulárních onemocnění. In the publication, the reader will learn about the treatment procedures for the most common or most important cardiovascular diseases. Modern cardiac and vascular treatments, from hypertension, heart failure, inflammatory heart disease, ischemic heart disease - both acute and chronic, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, treatment of heart rhythm disorders, thromboembolic diseases including pulmonary embolism and pulmonary hypertension, as well as ischemic limb disease, treatment of sleep apnea, dyslipidemia, treatment after cardiac transplantation and erectile dysfunction. Finally, guidance is provided for cardiologists to interpret the conclusions of clinical trials. The publication is again very well documented by pictures, diagrams and tables. With previous publications, the pharmacotherapy of cardiovascular diseases forms an almost integral set, and both books cover the whole area of access to cardiovascular diseases. The book is intended especially for cardiologists, internists, emergency doctors and all doctors in the front line.
