Abstract
Protein RS20L from Ralstonia solanacearum was examined with structural and functional techniques. Oligomerization state and stability were tested by analytical ultracentrifugation. Isothermal titration calorimetry confirmed interaction with mannosylated oligodendrimers. Glycan array displayed binding to yeast mannan. The protein crystallization conditions were optimized.
