Abstract
Substrate-assisted laser desorption inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (SALD ICP MS) is a technique for inorganic analysis of liquid samples of sub-microliter volumes in the form of dried droplets on suitable plastic substrates. Here we study the influence of aging effects on analysis of cadmium and indium in samples prepared by diffuse coplanar surface barrier discharge (DCSBD) modification of plastic substrates.

Laserová desorpce za účasti substrátu (SALD) spojená s ICP MS je technika pro anorganickou analýzu kapalných vzorků submikrolitrových objemů ve formě vyschlých kapek na vhodném plastovém substrátu. Studovali jsme vliv efektu stárnutí na analýzu kadmia a india nanesených na plastových substrátech ošetřených pomocí difúzního koplanárního povrchového bariérového výboje (DCSBD).
