Abstract

Dermatofytózy patří mezi houbové infekce, jsou vyvolané nejčastěji Trichophyton a Microsporum spp. Mohou být přenášeny přímým stykem, odloupanými keratinocyty nebo vlasy a chlupy. Naše kazuistika pojednává o případu 201etého muže, který byl odeslán na naši kliniku pro abscedující a secernující infiltráty na mons pubis. Diagnostikována byla infekce Trichophyton mentagrophytes, a to na základě klinického obrazu a kultivace. Vzhledem k pacientově pracovní anamnéze, a to sestavování regálů v hlodavci zamořených halách, lze zdroj této zoofilní mykózy předpokládat zde. Lékem první volby byl systémově podávaný terbínafin v dávce 250 mg/den do plného zhojení.

Abstract (in English)

Dermatophytoses are fungal infections, most commonly caused by Trichophyton and Microsporum spp. They can be transmitted by direct contact, pegylated keratinocytes or hair. We report a 20-year-old man who was sent to our department for the abscesses in the mons pubis area. Trichophyton mentmjrophytes have been isolated from the skin lesions. Due to the patient's professional exposure to rodents, this zoonosis could be assumed. The first choice medication was oral terbinafine at a dose of 250 mg / day. The treatment was fully succesful.
