Abstract
The paper was focused on the use of moot-courts in order to practice the legal argumentation skills. Particularly, a court dispute between the Karlovarské minerální vody and Roman Týc about the use spot on the mineral water Mattoni was presented. Subsequently, attention was focused on how this case can be used in seminars to practice argumentation in the field of copyright.
