Článek rozebírá potřebu řešení problému odpovědnosti za škodu způsobenou autonomním systémem. Článek rovněž diskutuje vhodnost užití datových útvarů bez právní subjektivity (datových společností či trustů).

The paper discusses the needs for specific legislative approach to the liability of autopnomous systems. It also tackles eventual use of data trusts.
