V příspěvku jsou prezentovány dílčí výsledky výzkumného projektu GAČR. Kariérová adaptabilita adolescentů je zde dávána do souvislosti s vybranými školními faktory a přijímanou podporu od vnějších subjektů - přátel, učitelů, rodičů i poradců.

In the paper, the partial results of the research project supported by Grant Agency of the CR, are presented. The authors pay attention to the relationships between career adaptability, selected school factors and external support from friends, parents, teachers and councellors.
