Abstract

Der Beitrag stellt einen der thematisch eigenständigen Bestandteile der Briefsammlung Heinrichs von Isernia vor – einen fiktiven Briefwechsel zwischen der Göttin Ceres und dem Gott Neptun. Seine Interpretation und Funktionen werden im Kontext von weiteren Werken Heinrichs und im zusammenhang mit seiner Tätigkeit an der Notarschule in Prag dargelegt.

Abstract (in English)

The paper deals with the correspondence between the goddess Ceres and the god Neptun in the epistolary collection of Henry of Isernia. The interpretation and functions of the letters are presented in the context of Henry's other literary work and his activity at the notary school in Prague.
