V súčasnosti je výskum vizuálnych stratégií ľudí s autizmom pomocou zariadenia eye tracking veľmi aktuálny. Keďže diskusia v tejto oblasti stále prebieha, je dôležité hovoriť o možných príčinách rôznorodých výsledkov. Príspevok popisuje možné intervenujúce premenné pri zbere dát, ktoré súvisia so špecifikami detských probandov s autizmom. Cieľom príspevku je poskytnutie návrhov na odstránenie vplyvu intervenujúcich premenných na získané dáta a to tak, aby bolo zachované pohodlie probanda.

Eye tracking has recently become a favorite tool used in the research of autistic kids' visual strategies. Since the discussion in this field is still open, it is very important to analyze possible causes of mixed results. In our text we describe some extraneous variables that might occur during the data collection and which are linked to the specificity of the participant group - children with autism. The aim of the text is to suggest some ideas on how to minimalize the influence of extraneous variables without compromising on participants' comfort.
