Abstract

V originále

The major objective of this study was to investigate the blood pressure response after ten weeks of acroyoga and whole body electromyostimulation training programme. The most meaningful results to emerge from the data is that acro yoga exercise programme (AYEP)and WB-EMS group led to a postexercise decrease in BP. From the outcome of our investigation, AYEP was much more beneficial with regards to post-exercise hypotension in comparing with WB-EMS group.
