The chapter deals with three phases of institutionalisation (identification, organisation, stabilisation) and the role the person of a leader plays in it. Two cases are analysed and compared: Czech political parties ANO and Public Affairs.

Kapitola se věnuje třem fázím institucionalizace (identifikace, organizace, stabilizace) a roli, jakou v nich hraje osobnost leadera. Analyzovány a komparovány jsou dva příklady: české strany ANO a Věci veřejné.
