Abstract
This chapter identifies how different countries responded to the challenges of early job insecurity and he extent to which the responses were appropriate to the problems facing the countries at the time. The chapter is based on quantitative and qualitative information: various international and national databases have been employed, as well as the national reports of the NEGOTIATE project, various national sources.

Tato kapitola pojednává jak různé země odpověděly na výzvy nejistoty zaměstnání v raném věku a nakolik byly tyto odpovědi přiměřené problémům, kterým v dané době země čelí. Opírá se o kvantitativní a kvalitativní informace: byly využity různé mezinárodní a národní databáze, národní zprávy projektu NEGOTIATE, různé národní zdroje.
