Abstract
The abbey church of Conques was, before the mid of the 11th century a very interesting space. Following the medieval sources miracles were happening there regularly. The goal of my paper was to understand how the notion of "sacred space" can be seen there. From the place of the relics, to the church, to the exterior and to the landscape: the presence of the saint's relics was constructing sanctity in concentric circles.
