Abstract

Článek se zabývá motivy, které vedly člověka k úřední kariéře. Zkoumá zejména střední a subalterní personál. Motivy hledá především v kariérních možnostech, platech a získáním penze po konci kariéry. Analýza motivů vychází z rozboru pramenů.

Abstract (in English)

The article deals with motives that led normal people to choose the career of a clerk. It focuses mainly on a middle and subalternen clerks. The motivation is seen mainly in career posibilities, regular income and in the entitlement to a pension after the end of one´s career. An analysis of each of these motives is based on a source material.
