Anotace

Dans un contexte du marché de travail international, la connaissance des langues étrangeres est non seulement un outil pour comprendre les personnes de différentes cultures, mais aussi une condition essentielle pour réussir. Il est nécessaire pour cela non seulement de se faire comprendre, mais aussi comprendre le contexte étendu en développant la compétence interculturelle de communication. Les travailleurs, souvent de cultures différentes, sont confrontés a différents styles de gestion et peuvent avoir des attitudes et attentes différentes. Dans la contribution a été proposé le projet de recherche en vue de rédiger une these de doctorat portant sur la compétence interculturelle dans le français de spécialité. Une partie de celle-ci est centrée sur les différences interculturelles dans un contexte professionnel grâce a la recherche qualitative aupres des étudiants du master franco-tcheque d’administration publique qui partent en stage professionnel en France et aupres de leurs maîtres de stage.

Anotace anglicky

In the context of international labour market, knowledge of foreign languages is not only a tool to understand people of different cultures but also an essential condition of success. It is necessary not only to understand each other, but also understand wider context by developing intercultural communication competence. The workers, often of different cultures, are confronted to different styles of management and may have different attitudes and expectations. The contribution presented a PhD research project on intercultural communication competence in French for specific purposes. A part of the research focuses on intercultural differences in professional context thanks to a qualitative research on a sample of students of French-Czech master of public administration who leave for France for an internship and a sample of their French supervisor.
