Abstract

V originále

Weakening judicial independence of domestic courts in some populist-governed Eastern European countries has been one of the most visible manifestations of the rule of law crisis in Europe. This paper focuses on the role of the Court of Justice of the European Union and the European Court of Human Rights in countering these problematic judicial reforms.
