Abstract
The metasomatic mineralogical transformation, well described on examined granitoid varieties of the Eastern complex of the Brno batholith, apparently had a tremendous impact on the geomagnetic behaviour of entire eastern part of the Brunovistulicum (Slavkov terrane) forming widespread regional magnetic anomalies in the basement of younger sedimentary formations of Western Carpathians.

Mineralogicky-metasomatická přeměna, detailně charakterizovaná na studovaných granitoidních varietách východního komplexu brněnského masivu, patrně měla značný dopad na geomagnetické vlastnosti celé východní části Brunovistulika (slavkovský terán), který vytváří rozsáhlé regionální magnetické anomálie v podloží mladších sedimentárních jednotek Západních Karpat.
