V originále
Simultaneous implementation of Competitive Intelligence activities on our businesses is based on the activities described in many foreign publications dealing with Competitive Intelligence. This organization of Competitive Intelligence activities is based on the Competitive Intelligence reporting cycle. This Competitive Intelligence cycle has significant shortcomings. In business practice, the intelligence cycle does not exactly correspond to the individual phases. For this reason, a fundamental change in understanding and organizing individual Competitive Intelligence activities is proposed. The author draws on the previously proposed methodology for organizing Competitive Intelligence - Work Plan activities. He understands this work plan as a process. The author understands Competitive Intelligence as a process. This concept of Competitive Intelligence as a process has many advantages over understanding Competitive Intelligence as a intelligence cycle.
