Abstract

Tato multimediální internetová učebnice s názvem Fyziologie sportovních disciplín přehledně zobrazuje fyziologické aspekty vybraných sportů. Jedná se o přiblížení této problematiky nejen samotným textem (teorií), ale především seznámení s charakteristikou sportů pomocí videí, názorných obrázků (např. zatěžované svaly při výkonu, somatografy), výstižných schémat (např. faktory sportovních výkonů), tabulek a grafů (funkční a somatické parametry sportovců). Jednotlivé kapitoly jsou rozděleny do následujících podkapitol: Charakteristika sportu, Metabolická charakteristika výkonu, Funkční charakteristika výkonu, Specifické adaptace organismu na zátěž, Charakteristika sportovce, Trénink, Zdravotní rizika a Kineziologická analýza.

Abstract (in English)

This multimedia internet textbook called Physiology of sports disciplines clearly shows the physiological aspects of selected sports. This is the approach this issue not only by text (theory), but also familiar with the characteristics of sports video, visual images (eg.loaded muscles during exercise, somatography), concise diagrams (eg. factors of athletic performance), tables and graphs (functional and somatic parameters of athletes). Each chapter is divided into the following sub-chapters: Characteristics of sport, Metabolic characteristics of power, performance exercise, the body's adaptation to the specific load characteristics athletes, training, kinesiology and health risk analysis.
