Abstract
As the current data is weekly structured or unstructured at all, access to objects is only possible through similarity of the object's salient features or properties. However, the use of similarity searching in numerous potential applications is still a challenge. In the talk, we presnt DISA applications and demostrate them by online prototype implementations.

Protoze soudoba data jsou malo strukturovana, pristup k nim je pouze mozny prostrednictvim podobnosti. Aplikace tohoto pristupu je vsak stale vyzvou. Behem prednasky, budou predstaveny nektere aplikace z laboratore DISA a jejich funkcionalita bude demonstrovana pomoci on-line demonstraci.
