Abstract
The objective of the research presented in the article was - using the qualitative research methods - to identify the criteria of satisfaction with universities from the perspective of Czech students of economy-oriented study programs. The identified categories of criteria of satisfaction and their corresponding attributes can serve as the basis for practical reflection on improving the quality of services provided by universities as well as the basis for developing a tool to measure student satisfaction.

Cílem výzkumu, který je v článku prezentován, bylo s využitím kvalitativního výzkumného postupu identifikovat kritéria spokojenosti s vysokými školami z pohledu českých studentů ekonomicky zaměřených studijních programů. Identifikované kategorie kritérií spokojenosti a jim odpovídající atributy mohou posloužit jako východisko pro praktické úvahy o zlepšování kvality služeb vysokých škol i jako výchozí základ pro vývoj nástroje k měření spokojenosti studentů.
