Abstract
The paper is related with the outputs of the Erasmus+ project titled Leading learning by networking which deals with the topic of networking in schools. The consorcium of authors from six countries presented and discussed main project result devoted to the roles of headteachers (as architect, culture developer and educator) in the process of learning networks development in schools.

Příspěvek se vztahuje k Erasmus+ projektu s názvem Podpora učení prostřednictvím profesionálních sítí, který je zaměřen na téma rozvoje profesionálních sítí ve školách. Tým autorů ze šesti zemí představil hlavní výsledky projektu zaěřené na roli ředitelů škol v procesu podpory profesionálních sítí (role architekta, podporovatele kultury a vzdělavatele).
