Abstract

Příspěvek představí základní východiska pro provádění citační analýzy nad rozhodnutími vrcholných českých soudů. Cílem bude stručně diskutovat, co přesně citace mezi soudními rozhodnutími znamenají a jakým způsobem je možné citační sítě využít pro identifikaci důležitých rozhodnutí v českém právním kontextu.

Abstract (in English)

The paper introduces the basic considerations regarding citation analysis of judicial decisions in Czech legal context. Its goal is to briefly discuss the meaning of citations and to what extent we may use citation networks for identification of "important" decisions in Czech legal framework.
