Abstract
The combination of rotating gliding arc plasma and biofilter is a useful technology for the efficient decomposition of high concentrations of selected volatile organic compounds in the air. The main advantage of devices based on this air cleaning technology is a possibility to set efficacy of its components (plasma or biofilter), to keep maximum efficacy of the device, together with minimization of environmental, economic, and energetic costs.
