Abstract

Akce byla zaměřena na koncepční otázky svéprávnosti nezletilých dětí, zejména na příspěvky věnované jak statusovým věcem, tak majetkové problematice, především narůstajícímu zadlužování nezletilých dětí, obchodu s chudobou a ve světle často opomíjených participačních práv nezletilých dětí také justici (ne)vstřícné dětem.

Abstract (in English)

The event was focused on important issues of legal capacity of minors, expecially on the topics of civil and family status, property issues, and mainly on the rapidly growing problem of indebtedness of minors are welcome. Moreover, general topics such as poverty, social disadvantage and misuse of power, as well as participatory rights within the child-(un)friendly justice, were discussed.
