Abstract

Cílem článku je určit zda jsou drony(UCAV) kompatibilní s vedením spravedlivé války v rámci stejnojmenné teorie. Soustředí se zejména na ius in bello, kritizuje také koncept morální rovnosti kombatantů v kontextu současné války.

Abstract (in English)

The article aims to ascertain whether combat drones (UCAV) are compatible with just war in the just war theoretical framework. It mostly deals with ius in bello and also criticises the concept of moral equality of combatants as superfluous and irrelevant to contemporary warfare.
