Tento článek shrnuje závěry judikatury správních soudů a zejména NSS k ochraně zvířat dle TýrZv a požadavků veterinární péče podle VetZ. Na půdorysu judikatury ESD představuje i širší kontext problematiky, se kterou se české soudy setkávají nebo se mohou setkat.

This article summarizes the conclusions of the case law of administrative courts and in particular of the Supreme Administrative Court on animal protection and veterinary care requirements. Based on the ECJ case law, it also presents the wider context of the issue that Czech courts face or may encounter.
