Abstract
The paper deals with basic architecture, principles, and features of the developed system MOSES, directed to simulating communication, stress, productivity and other relevant factors in socio-economic structures. Basic personality traits of the agent in MOSES are presented and briefly discussed. Some results of the performed simulations and experiments are presented as well.
