Abstract
Kapitola se zabývá způsobem regulace infrastruktury pro alternativní paliva a jejím rozvojem, a to zejména z unijního pohledu. Kapitola zejména zkoumá schválenou státní podporu SA. 45182, která se bude moci využít pro rozvoj výstavby infrastruktury pro alternativní paliva v ČR a porovnává ji s obdobnou státní podporou v Německu.
Abstract (in English)
This chapter deals with EU legal regulation of alternative fuels‘ infrastructure and its development. Chapter especially analyses approved state aid SA. 45182 which will be used for development of alternative fuel’s infrastructure in the Czech Republic and compares it with similar stated aid in Germany.
