Abstract

Článek představuje užití motivu noci jakožto dramaturgického prostředku v Shakespearově tragédii Romeo a Julie. Text ukazuje, že noc je pro Shakespeara zásadním technickým prostředkem, který jak stanovuje náladu jeho hry, tak je jedním z hlavních hybatelů děje.

Abstract (in English)

The article present the employment of the motif of night as a dramaturgical device in Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet. The text argues that night is for Shakespeare a key technical device that both sets the mood of his play and is one of the crucial impulses in the development of its plot.
