Abstract
A series of micro-pillars with different taper angles in the range between 4° and 14° were fabricated by focused ion beam technique from the surface of near-amorphous and nanocrystalline Mo-B-C coatings. Afterward, the yield strength and Young´s modulus were determined from the micro-compression tests of micro-pillars.

Séria pilárkov s rôznym sklonom medzi 4° a 14° bola pripravená pomocou FIB techniky na povrchu Mo-B-C vrstiev. Následne boli určené mez skzu a Youngov modul pružnosti z výsledkov mikro-kompresných skúšok.
